The Xocai High-Antioxidant Wellness System consists of three categories. Depending on which category best fits your health needs, the guidelines below tell you how to best incorporate the system into your health regimen.

1. Weight Loss

If you are trying to lose weight, this category is for you. The formula for losing weight with X-ProteinMeal Shakes is simple:

• Replace two meals with a X-ProteinMeal Shake

• Eat one sensible meal (see suggestions on page 20)

• Eat two to four X Power Squares or any other calorie-equivalent Xocai Healthy Chocolate products (e.g. XoBiotic Squares ) for snacks and/or a 200-250 calorie protein snack for appetite suppression or cravings (see “Snack It Up!” section)

• Try to consume no more than 1,200 calories per day for women and 1,500 calories per day for men

• For beginners, exercise approximately 20 minutes 3-5 times per week. Walking is a good way to start. For those more active, exercise 30-60 minutes 3-5 times a week

• Exercise for approximately 30-60 minutes three to five times a week

3. Athletic Performance/Special Requirements
